essential duties
Direct and manage all centre staff ensuring that they fulfil their roles effectively and provide the best possible education care to our children
Promote positive working relationships with families and our community
Manage, monitor and meet all financial targets to maintain viable business and report on the KPI’s for the centre
Ensure all regulations are adhered to and all licensing requirements are met
Developing relationships that support and partner with families;
Ensuring the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and other relevant legislation;
Ensuring that the policies of the organisation are implemented;
Ensuring the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan is implemented and that the organisation works towards exceeding the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care; and
Ensuring that the service and staff acts on the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement wherever possible.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- WWWC
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Drivers License
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Childrens Services or equivalent
- At least 2 years previous experience within the Childcare industry
- A positive and professional demeaner and a passion for early education and childcare
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and the ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
- Experience in delivering quality early education and care
