Early Childhood Teacher
Purpose
As the key member of the team, you will be bringing learning to life by delivering a high-quality curriculum guided by Early Childhood curriculum and our own philosophy.
Essential duties
- Lead the implementation of the design of the Kindy programme in line with the National Quality Framework and EYLYF
- Mentor, Lead and Guide a team of Educators in delivering the program
- Supervise and provide the best possible education care to our children
- Work collaboratively and promote positive working relationships with our families
- Assist the Lead Educator in the preparation and implementation of the Educational programs
- Be innovative and creative in your approach focusing on individual and group needs
- Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
- Take personal ownership of your working environment and quality of care
minimum requirements
- WWWC
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Drivers License
- First Aid Certificate
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or an approved equivalent
- At least 2 years previous experience within the Childcare industry in a similar role
- A positive and professional demeaner and a passion for early education and childcare
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and the ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
- Experience in delivering quality early education and care
- Experience in leading a team
