As the key member of the team, you will be assisting the Lead Educator in providing learning opportunities for all children through intentional teaching; supervising and engaging with all children and taking personal ownership of the quality of the centre

- Supervise and provide the best possible education care to our children
- Promote positive working relationships with our families
- Assist the Lead Educator in the preparation and implementation of the Educational programs
- Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
- Take personal ownership of your working environment and quality of care
Minimum Requirements
- WWWC
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Drivers License
- First Aid Certificate
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Childrens Services or equivalent
- At least 2 years previous experience within the Childcare industry
- A positive and professional demeaner and a passion for early education and childcare
- A willingness to go beyond the call of duty and the ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
